Kheradpir, a Cornell University graduate (Ph.D., Electrical Engineering), was born in London but grew up in Iran. Shortly after finishing college, he was employed by GTE Laboratories in 1987 and eventually became the company’s CIO.

After GTE merged with Bell Atlantic to form Verizon Communications, Kheradpir served at president of the new e-commerce division from 2000 to 2010. Over the next few years, he served on the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology while employed as COO of Barclays and CEO of Juniper Networks. Afterwards, he was elected CEO and Chairman of the Board of Coriant shortly after its founding in 2013.

Education of Sam Tabar

Sam Tabar is an American citizen who resides from New York City as shows. He went to Oxford University where he concentrated in arts and eventually managed acquiring first degree honors. In the Columbia law school he also acted as an associate editor, all of which covered on his LinkedIn profile.

His career

In 2001, after graduation Sam joined Skadden, Arps, Meagher and Flom LLP. While at Skadden, he focused much at counseling clients on the formation and structures of the hedge fund, management of investment agreements, side letters, employment issues, private placement memoranda and compliance and regulatory issues among others.

Later on in 2004, he joined SPARX Group co. /PMA Investment Advisors which is situated in Hong Kong. Due to his commitment and dedication in September the same year he was appointed as the managing director and the chief head of Business development. Here he specialized on the management of facets and relations on investment of a$2 billion hedge fund. In addition to this, he came up with a market plan which was strategically formed to attract institutional investors, potential clients with high net worth and large family offices globally. Tabar also developed introductions of investors and formed the firm a personal rolodex. This was to manage the qualified potential investors.

In 2011, Sam moved to bank of America Merrill lynch. He served as the head and director of capital strategy. He ensured that the management of capital cycles between investors and fund managers were at hand. Moreover, he provided clients with proper guidance and also ensured introductions to institutional investors which included pensions, funds of funds, endowments and foundations. Before joining Adanac LLC in September 2012 to serve as the chief executive officer, he made sure he had invested in American start-ups as well as properties which included Verboten and Thinx.

In September 2013, Tabar again joined Schulte Roth and Zabel. This was one of the ways he used to reenter the legal world. Here he worked as a senior associate focusing and catering for hedge funds. While at this firm he also provided counsel on structure and formation of fund, private placements among others. Later on in march 2014 he left the firm for greener pastures. Currently,Sam serves as capital strategist and an attorney general.
